Karachi: Cases registered against PTI leader Azam Swati in Sindh were cancelled.

In the Sindh High Court, a petition was heard against the cases registered in Sindh against PTI leader Azam Swati, in which IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon and Prosecutor General Sindh Faiz Shah appeared in the court.

Prosecutor General Sindh told the court that cases were registered against Azam Swati by private individuals, according to the law they were bound to record the statements of these individuals, these
cases will be looked into according to the law.

The Prosecutor General said that the custody of Azam Swati has been transferred to Islamabad and the cases against him have been classified as C class, so all the petitions have now become ineffective.

On this occasion, the petitioner's lawyer said that IG Sindh has done a good job.

On the statement of the Prosecutor General, Justice KK Agha said that the Sindh government and the IG Sindh have solved this matter and they deserve credit, there should be no other case against Azam Swati in Sindh.

On the other hand, during the hearing, IG Sindh once again apologized to the court regarding the previous hearing and said that he wanted to apologize for what happened in the previous hearing.

34 cases against Swati have been made C class.

Besides, in a conversation with the media outside the court, the Prosecutor General of Sindh said that 34 cases registered against Azam Swati have been classified as C class. The IG recommended the concerned courts to classify the cases as C class. are disposed of.

On this occasion, Azam Swati's son Usman Swati's lawyer, Anwar Mansoor Advocate, said that the Prosecutor General and the police said that the cases against Azam Swati have been classified as Class C. Class C means that these cases are not made. and the judicial procedure means that those cases will be disposed of by the concerned Judicial Magistrate under which the police will submit a Class C report in the court of the Judicial Magistrate.
